Office based: Kettering (With some site/client visits across Midlands and surrounding areas)

Remuneration: £35,000 + Lucrative Commission & Bonus scheme (OTE 65k+)

The role of the Sales Manager – Commercial & Industrial Marquee will involve:

* Office based Business Development position selling a range of commercial and industrial marquee’s and temporary structures

* Selling to a varied range of clients (hotels, wedding venue’s, MOD etc.)

* Primarily a new-business position, focusing on building new relationships into a range of sectors

* You will inherit a portfolio of established accounts, building and developing long-term customer relationships

* Providing customers with technical advice and guidance on commercial shading solutions

* Preparing quotations and managing enquiries through to order completion

* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the internal CRM/database

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager – Commercial & Industrial Marquee with:

* Must have proven Sales experience within the construction, events, modular building, temporary structures, access, manufacturing or related sectors

* Must have ability to build and manage new relationships with clients

* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Genuine hunger, resilience and tenacity

* Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.

* IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
