Position: Sales Manager
Location: Thame
Salary: £30,000/33,000 basic + £50,000 +OTE

What You’ll Do

Drive growth and achieve the largest market share in your area.
Maximise revenue and expand the property portfolio.
Build strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
Manage branch profit and meet all financial targets.
Lead and inspire your team through 1:1s, reviews, and team meetings.
Deliver results through effective team management, planning, and execution.
