This company is an award winning, fast-growing construction company specialising in timber structure homes. With a focus on eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable practices, they design low-carbon buildings across the south coast.

On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the sales team. You will play a key role in commercial growth by generating and converting sales leads, running site visits and workshop tours, improving business strategy, and nurturing client relationships.

The Role:

• Team management through leading, mentoring, and driving development
• Generating and converting leads into qualified quotes
• Booking and running site visits and workshop tours
• Closing multiple sales per month with self-builders and developers
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Building and nurturing long-term client and architect relationships
• Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days at home

• Background in sales and management within the construction sector
