Job Title: Sales Manager - Transport

Salary: £53-58,000 + Commission , Package.

Work Type: Hybrid

Locations: Midlands

The Duties:

• Collaborate closely with members to pinpoint and capitalise on sales opportunities while enhancing our commercial offerings.
• Identify and drive new business development opportunities for Business, focusing on revenue growth.
• Maintain precise and timely updates in the CRM system for all related activities.
• Support the onboarding of new members from a sales standpoint to ensure a smooth, effective setup process.
• Partner with members to review and refine rate cards and cost models.
• Actively promote and present Business services, ensuring they meet both Business objectives and members' needs, while staying abreast of market trends.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and play a key role in shaping Business overall marketing strategy.

Ideal Candidate :

• A strong background within a network or haulage environment.
• Experience within a Pallet Operation and sales
• Sound knowledge of financial and operational performance metrics, such as rate cards and cost models.
• Experience in onboarding new clients and managing customer service requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to scope, execute, and oversee complex projects.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing business strategies initiatives.
