Job Title: Sales Manager – Wimbledon Village
Location: Wimbledon Village, London
Salary: £30,000 basic + car allowance | OTE: £75,000+
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

About the Role With over a decade as the market leader in Wimbledon Village, this is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and established agency operating in one of London’s most prestigious property markets. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead a successful team and continue driving growth and excellence in this flagship office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Conduct accurate property valuations and secure high-quality instructions
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
Manage the entire sales pipeline from instruction through to completion
Represent the agency with professionalism and authority in the premium property sector
Monitor KPIs and performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance at all times

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property sales
Proven team leadership and performance management experience
Strong understanding of the Wimbledon Village or surrounding premium markets
Excellent communication, valuation, and negotiation skills
Professional, polished, and confident in high-value client interactions
Full UK driving licence
