Reports to: Group Sales and Marketing Director

Are you a proactive, organised, and creative individual looking to make a real impact in a fast-growing business group? My client is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to help drive brand growth, generate leads, and support business development across five dynamic businesses.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership, client relationship managers, and operational teams. You’ll be involved in everything from digital campaigns and events to content creation and sales support. If you're keen to learn and grow, this role offers fantastic development opportunities.

Marketing & Communications

• Deliver targeted campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, websites, newsletters, and case studies
• Manage the Group’s LinkedIn presence and grow engagement
• Organise trade shows, CPD workshops, and client events
• Write award submissions and support PR activities
• Coordinate photo/video production and maintain website content
• Produce internal newsletters and support sustainability messaging
• Track marketing performance and manage budgets

Strategic Initiatives

• Maintain account plans and conduct competitor research
• Support pipeline development and market positioning
• Prepare insights and reports for client/internal meetings

Sales Support

• Track aged quotations and schedule meetings
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Support client meetings and corporate events

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong research and reporting skills
