Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and telematics markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Budget Management:

Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the product development team to align offerings with market demand and customer feedback.

Requirements:
Experience:

Proven track record in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the technology, CCTV, or telematics industries.
Leadership:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in managing and developing a sales force.
Strategic Thinking:

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
