Salary - Up to £22,000- £25,000 (Depending on Experience) -OTE £35,000 - £50,000

Hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm - 5-day week

Our client award winners for best estate agent in 2024, with a recognition for marketing, customer service and sales and lettings results are based in Strood and looking for a Sales Negotiator/Assistant Sales Manager to join their established team.

The ideal candidate will possess ambition and the motivation to earn. Around a year’s Experience is required for this role, are you a seasoned professional ready to list or you may already have listing experience and ready to take the next step in your career.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, negotiating property sales. About the role:

• Generating new business by contacting and forging relationships with potential buyers and sellers (Prospecting)
• Meeting and greeting applicants and clients in the office
• Appraising clients of viewing feedback in accordance with prescribed service standards
• Ensuring offers are financially evaluated, put forward, and confirmed in writing.
• Canvassing
• Contacting applicants by telephone, email and post, to book viewings of properties and identifying opportunities for Potential Instructions where relevant
• Ensuring that all applicants initially registered by you are regularly spoken to and a new call-back date set
• At the end of each day, checking that all viewings are made and confirmed. Ensure clients earlier unavailable are contacted again
• Accompanying potential buyers to view properties
