As a Sales Negotiator, you will work with an established database, build relationships, and generate new business. Responsibilities include handling valuation leads, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and canvassing. This position is expected to generate over £200,000 in billings.

The company is known for its long-term relationship building, exceptional customer service, and strong presence in East London. Your role will be key in further enhancing this excellent reputation. Working for an independent brand means you'll have the time and support to develop your skills with guidance from your peers.

Package:

• Basic Salary: Up to £25,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 (achievable in the first year)
• Full driver's license and car required
• 5-day working week, including Saturdays (with a day off during the week)

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of Estate Agency experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of consistent billings
• Tenacious, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Full UK driver's license and access to a car
• Committed to working weekends
