As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

• Up to £28,000 basic salary DOE
• Realistic OTE of £32,500
• 5-day working week

As a Sales Negotiator, you must have:

• Recent experience working as a Sales Negotiator
• Experience progressing sales from offer to completion
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Driving licence and access to own car
• Driven individual with a desire to succeed 
• Proven track record in Estate Agency

As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:

• Book and conduct viewings
• Progressing sales through to completion
• General admin
• Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
• Collaborating with the team to share information and secure additional business
• Calling out new properties
