Job Description - Sales Negotiator

Guarantee: £30,000 for the first 3 months

A forward-thinking and well-established estate agency with a strong foothold in the East London market is looking to add a Sales Negotiator to its vibrant team based in Shoreditch.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, high-performing sales team alongside credible industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle from lead to completion
Conduct property viewings, generate offers, and negotiate sales to successful exchange
Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors, offering market insight and pricing strategy
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Support marketing efforts to promote new instructions and increase visibility
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process

Requirements:

Previous experience as a sales negotiator, ideally in the London residential market
Confident managing client relationships and negotiating deals
Strong knowledge of the sales process from valuation to exchange
Driven, professional, and focused on both targets and service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (pool car provided)

Package & Benefits:

Basic Salary: £17,000 per annum
OTE: £55 000
Guarantee: £30,000 for the first 3 months
Car: Pool car provided
