The Role:
The Sales Negotiator will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting the branch in winning new business, and ensuring exceptional service for both buyers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage buyers, ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to offer.

• Regularly communicate with vendors, providing market updates and guidance.

• Conduct property viewings and handle offer negotiations.

• Progress sales efficiently, liaising with solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders.

• Identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities across property services.

• Build strong relationships with clients, third parties, and the wider team.
