Senior/Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

As a Senior/Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Booking valuations, mortgage appointments, and property viewings
• Conducting property viewings
• Registering applicants and managing enquiries
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Supporting the sales progression process
