The Opportunity
A brilliant opportunity to join a fantastic Estate Agent with offices covering Berkshire, Surrey & Hampshire. We are seeking a full time Sales Negotiator to join the Aldershot office, the ideal candidate will have previous Sales Negotiator experience looking to progress in the industry.

Responsibilities
·Qualifying and registering applicants
·Matching applicants to our clients’ properties
·Selecting good quality buyers and putting forward offers to vendors
·Developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients
·Identifying and developing new business leads
·Booking valuations
·Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
·Assisting with general office duties as directed by your line manager
