An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join a busy and well-established independent estate agency based in Basingstoke. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for property, a drive to succeed, and the ambition to build a long-term career in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hosting property viewings and showcasing listings to prospective buyers.
• Building strong client relationships by understanding their property needs.
• Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Achieving personal and team-based sales targets.
• Gathering buyer feedback and updating sellers promptly.
• Promoting additional services including mortgage, conveyancing, and lettings solutions.
• Creating and updating marketing materials and online listings.
• Matching new listings to registered buyers and progressing leads.
• Maintaining and updating the internal CRM system accurately.
• Managing the full sales process from first enquiry through to completion.
• Supporting lead generation, marketing activity, and administrative tasks.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and company growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales or lettings is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a professional approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
