Sales Negotiator

Working days:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

• Competitive basic salary
• OTE £50,000 - £70,000
• Fantastic Commission Structure
• Car allowance starting at £150 per month.
• Possibility of a 3 month guarantee period.

Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Sales negotiating experience of a minimum of 1 year.
• A driven and ambitious attitude
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Clean driving licence & own vehicle

Key duties of the Sales Negotiator position:

• Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
• Help propel business forward.
• Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Registering new customers and understanding their individual needs and requirements.
• Negotiate offers and reaching the best possible outcome.
• Proactively introducing and promoting new listings.
