EAC are representing a rapidy growing Estate Agency in Milton Keynes who are looking to grow their team with an experience Estate Agent to help grow their Portfolio, in and around MK.

My Client are looking for a driven Estate Agent who has a passion for Property and providing a consultative service.

On Offer:

• Basic up to £25,000 (DOE)
• OTE £40,000+
• Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm
• Every other Saturday until 5pm
• Opportunity to work from home 1 day a week

Duties:

• Conducting Viewings
• Negotiating the sale and sales progression
• Building strong relationships over the phone and F2F
• Ability to work effectively independently
• Opportunities to look after your own Territory
• Understanding the Market and keeping up to date

Ideal Estate Agent:

• Proven track record in an Estate Agent role
• Target driven and results orientated
• A professional and presentable demeanour
• Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
