Role Overview

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the face of the company—helping clients buy and sell homes while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be involved in every part of the sales process, from arranging viewings and liaising with clients to negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting property viewings and client appointments
• Generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Negotiating offers and assisting with sales progression
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
• Working as part of a motivated and close-knit team to meet and exceed branch targets

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Willingness to work weekends as part of your schedule

Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and drive.
