Location: West Byfleet
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000 (based on experience)
OTE - £40,000
Working Hours:

Mon–Fri: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
Sat: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (on a rota)

Overview

A well-established, dominant market leading estate agency is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their West Byfleet team. If you have estate agency experience and a passion for property, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and manage client enquiries
Negotiate offers and support sales progression
Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
Generate new business and assist with listings
Work with marketing to promote properties
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market

Requirements

1–2 years' estate agency or sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of AML and CPR regulations
Proactive, confident, and client-focused
Local knowledge of West Byfleet (preferred)
