Due to ongoing success and expansion, they’re now looking to welcome two motivated Sales or Senior Negotiators into their supportive, close-knit team based near Beccles.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

• Up to £25,000 basic salary
• First year earnings of £30,000
• Pooled commission (Must be a team player)

As a Sales Negotiator, you must have:

• At least 6 months of experience within Estate Agency (Must be recent)
• Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal
• A team player

As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:

• Successfully negotiate offers
• Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Greeting buyers & vendors
• Registering customers
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• Calling out new properties
