Sales Negotiator

Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £35,000+
Requirements: 1 years Sales Negotiation experience in Estate Agency

A multi-branch, award winning and well established Estate Agency is looking for talented and hungry Sales Negotiator who have a passion for the industry and desire growth.

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for listing a targeted number of properties - and full training will be given. You should be happy to work in a vibrant team, be enthusiastic and motivated to learn and to embrace the challenge that Estate Agency brings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Book viewings.
• Provide property viewing feedback
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve team and company goals.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in relevant software applications.
• Must have a full driving license.

Additional pay:

• Commission pay

Working days:

• Monday-Friday + some Saturdays are required on a rota basic for which a day off is taken in the week
