Sales Negotiator

We are a recruiting a Sales Negotiator to join a long-standing, independent estate agency based in Harrogate. With a strong local reputation and a loyal client base, they are known for providing a highly personalised and professional service. Their team is passionate about property and committed to delivering a high standard of care to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants alike.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join this friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent position ideally suited to someone with a background in residential sales or lettings who is looking for a role in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

• Register and qualify new applicants and match them to suitable properties

• Arrange and conduct property viewings

• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors

• Provide regular feedback and updates to clients

• Progress sales through to completion, maintaining regular communication with all parties

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

• Represent the agency in a professional and courteous manner at all times

• Previous experience in a residential property sales role is essential

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proactive and confident, with a customer-first approach

• Well-presented, professional, and articulate

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday

• 1 Saturday in 4 (mornings only)
