Job Description - Sales Negotiator

Previous experience in estate agency (essential)
Competitive basic salary of £25,000
Realistic On Target Earnings of £35,000 p.a.

Sales Negotiator – Royston
Basic Salary: £25,000 | OTE: £35,000 p.a.
Full-time | Must have own car and full UK driving licence

We’re on the lookout for a confident, customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join a busy and well-established estate agency team based in Royston.

In this key branch role, you’ll be responsible for all sales activities – from building strong client relationships to conducting accompanied property viewings and negotiating offers through to agreed sales.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in estate agency (essential)
A polished, professional appearance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident with IT systems and admin
Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
A full UK driving licence and your own car
