Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding buyers through the property purchasing process, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating offers to achieve successful sales. Your Responsibilities:

• Qualify and register buyer enquiries
• Organise and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and assist with progressing sales
• Maintain excellent client communication throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 12 months’ experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
