Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
?? Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey
?? Full-time | Mon–Fri with Saturday rota
?? Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission - OTE £35,000–£45,000+

Role Overview As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in the success of the branch — working closely with buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, generating new business, and helping to progress deals through to completion. This is an ideal next step for someone with experience in estate agency or a sales-focused environment.
?? Key Responsibilities

Registering and qualifying new applicants
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Providing feedback to vendors and maintaining strong relationships
Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
Generating new instructions and cross-selling related services
Supporting sales progression with a proactive and hands-on approach

?? The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in estate agency or a similar sales role
Professional, confident, and customer-focused
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Well-organised with good attention to detail
Self-motivated and target-driven
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
