We are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team. You will report directly to the Branch Director and play a key role in driving success and growth within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain regular contact with buyers
• Provide consistent communication and market updates to vendors
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers effectively between buyers and sellers
• Progress sales through to completion
• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients and third parties
