Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Salary: £25,000–£40,000 OTE (Basic + Uncapped Commission)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu)

Key Responsibilities:

Register and qualify new applicants
Arrange and attend property viewings
Maintain strong communication with buyers and vendors
Negotiate offers and agree sales
Progress sales through to completion
Generate market appraisals and support new business
Hit and exceed individual and team targets

About You:

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in residential property sales
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven
Presentable, confident and professional
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
