• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 PLUS BONUSES!

Reed are collaborating with a local, award-winning estate agency who are looking for a Sales Negotiator & Progressor to enhance their team and contribute to our success.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle sales progression and resolve any related issues.
• Professionally interact with clients face-to-face, via phone, and email.
• Build rapport while booking market appraisals and viewings.
• Consistently canvass for new business and opportunities.
• Perform daily administrative duties.
• Provide support to colleagues and management.
• Conduct property viewings and manage offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full driving licence with own vehicle is required!
• Positive and outgoing attitude with the ability to prioritise and work efficiently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional conduct to enhance the company's reputation.
• Competence in using IT software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must possess integrity, honesty, and a self-motivated, proactive approach.
• Achievement-oriented with a strong knowledge of the local area.
• Previous sales/customer service experience is essential.
