Salary: £25k and OTE £45k+ Uncapped Commission (You can earn an additional £10,000. per annum on these additional opportunities.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Negotiator to join one of our high-performing offices. With a long-standing reputation for excellence across London and Kent, this is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your estate agency career within a supportive, ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
• Liaise with buyers and vendors to progress sales to completion
• Proactively generate new business and maintain client relationships
• Hit and exceed branch sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and provide accurate advice to clients

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in residential sales
• Proven track record hitting targets and closing deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong local knowledge (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
