As our Sales Negotiator, you’ll be working with a collaborative team of Sales Negotiators and Estate Agents delivering a professional and high-quality sales service.

As Sales Negotiator you’ll naturally be a good communicator, someone who enjoys progressing a deal:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
• Providing regular feedback to clients and liaising with solicitors.
• Marketing properties effectively using your sales and networking skills.
• Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Generating new business opportunities through proactive networking

You’ll need prior experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator and a strong interest in property sales. We're looking for a confident people person with at least 18 months in property.

A Sales Negotiator with a can-do, flexible approach who enjoys making deals and providing a responsive service to clients, in a busy, fast-moving and supportive team culture.

Salary to reflect your sales experience, circa £32,000 - £40,000 package.

Working in Cambridge with potential to be based at local branches across town.
