Sales Negotiator in Prime Central London

Join a leading Estate Agency in Central & West London as a Sales Negotiator. Our client are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to take on this role and contribute to the success of our clients team.

If you have a minimum of 12 months experience as an Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator, this role could be for you.

Key Benefits:

Upto £25k Basic Salary
£70k OTE
Car Allowance or Pool Car
Selling prime/luxury property
Huge average fees!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property sales in Central London and surrounding areas.
Conduct property viewings and effectively negotiate deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in the area.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 12 months of experience in a sales negotiator role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Central or South West property market.
A customer-focused approach and a drive to achieve targets.
