Sales Negotiator – Prime Central London

Basic £25 000 – £35 000 (DOE) | Realistic OTE £70 000+ | Monday–Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays

What you’ll be doing

Qualifying & nurturing buyers – matching needs to listings, arranging viewings and delivering five-star service throughout the journey
Conducting viewings & negotiations – showcasing properties with flair and securing the best possible price for sellers
Winning new instructions – canvassing, prospecting and leveraging our marketing engine to grow market share
Pipeline management – steering deals from offer to exchange, liaising with solicitors, surveyors and both parties to keep transactions on track
Market intel – tracking trends, comparable sales and competitor activity to stay one step ahead

What we’re looking for

6+ months’ estate-agency or luxury retail sales experience (we’ll also consider standout grads with proven B2C targets)
Confident communicator who can build instant rapport with UHNWI, developers and first-time buyers alike
KPI-driven mindset and demonstrable record of hitting or smashing targets
Full UK driving licence (pooled company car available)
ARLA/NAEA or RICS pathway a bonus—but training is on us if you’re keen to qualify
