Senior Sales Negotiator – IslingtonBasic Salary: Up to £35,000 (flexible depending on experience)
OTE: £90,000+
Commission: 10% - 25%
Bonus: Discretionary end-of-year bonus
Location: Fulham, North London

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the entire sales process from enquiry through to completion
Building strong, lasting relationships with both buyers and sellers
Conducting viewings and giving expert advice on the local market
Hitting (and exceeding!) individual and team targets
Staying up to date with Islington’s fast-paced property scene

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in residential sales
A self-starter with excellent communication & negotiation skills
Local knowledge is a bonus—but drive and enthusiasm matter more
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
Full clean driving licence preferred (electric pool car & Lime bikes provided)
Must love dogs—there’s a friendly office pup!
