Salary/Package for the Sales Negotiator:

• A strong basic salary - dependent on experience.
• A consistent office pool commission in place.
• Ongoing career progression and support.
• An OTE of circa £42,000

Responsibilities for the role of a Sales Negotiator:

• Proactively contribute to business growth through exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
• Efficiently register new clients and maintain accurate records.
• Match customer requirements with available properties and schedule viewings accordingly.
• Promote newly listed properties to potential buyers and existing clients.
• Skilled in negotiating offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the business.

Requirements for the role of a Sales Negotiator:

• Full UK driving licence and access to personal transport.
