Sales Negotiator

An independent agency with a great reputation behind them is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales candidate to join their team in the Farnborough area.

Dependant on experience, a basic salary package of £22,000 - £25,000 is available with an OTE circa £30,000 - £35,000. A 5-day working week will include Saturdays on a rota basis.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estate agency and will need to be able to carry out:

• Accompanying viewings.
• Have an eye for identifying new business opportunities to include property valuations & viewings.
• Phoning out mailshots to create business.
• Comfortable servicing & supporting Vendors & Buyers.
• Servicing local sellers not yet on the market and on the market with other agencies.
• Obtaining and communicating feedback to Vendors in a timely manner as well as providing further advice.
• Efficiently progressing sales and updating Vendors & Buyers.
• Ensuring marketing materials are correct & up to date in the office.

You will need to be a driven, well-presented and a fantastic team player. Great oral and written communication skills are a must as well as being comfortable using the main Microsoft office package tools. Your own road worthy car is also essential for this position.
