Sales Negotiator

Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team in the borough of Woodford.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong sales acumen to work in a close knit team.

Working days:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week on a rota basis

Sales Negotiator requirements:

• At least 6 months of Sales Negotiator experience
• Team player
• Ambitious and highly driven
• Clean driving licence & own vehicle

The role of a Sales Negotiator will involve the following:

• Successfully negotiating offers
• Offering an exceptional level of customer service
• Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Greeting buyers & vendors
• Registering customers
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• Making calls to bring on new business
