Sales Negotiator - Hampstead - £30,000 dependant on experience
My client, a successful boutique top tier Real Estate Agency are seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator join their small but professional team, in their modern office based in Hampstead.
Duties include:

• Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
• Arranging and attending viewings for prospective buyers
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with vendors, prospective vendors and prospective buyers and colleagues
• Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth sales process
• Market appraisal experience is preferred and a proven track record of winning business
• Progressing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion

Skills and Expertise Required:

• An ambitious and polished sales negotiator who is self-motivated, driven and a good networker in the market.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator in the Hampstead Area
• Strong knowledge of the Hampstead area and surrounding
• Confidence dealing with high-net-worth clients, both domestic and international
• Knowledge of current residential property legislation and market trendsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a small team
• Full UK driving licence (clean) and Car

Salary: £30,000 depending on experience Plus OTE
Location: Hampstead
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - Every other Saturday by Appoitment only.
