About the Role

Are you a naturally persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Whether you are an experienced Negotiator looking for a stronger brand presence, or an exceptional sales professional from another sector (like automotive, recruitment, or hospitality) looking to break into property, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join one of our premier Surrey offices. The Surrey market is fast, dynamic, and highly rewarding. In this role, you won't just be opening doors; you will be building relationships, matching the right buyers to their dream homes, and actively driving deals from initial viewing through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Applicant Management: Qualify incoming enquiries, understand buyer requirements, and match them with our premium portfolio of Surrey properties.

Conduct Viewings: Lead professional property viewings, highlighting key features and handling objections confidently.

*

Deal Making: Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, working hard to achieve the best possible price for our clients.

*

Canvassing & Sourcing: Actively book market appraisals (valuations) for the senior team through regular touting, leafleting, and database management.

*

Sales Progression: Work closely with solicitors and financial advisors to ensure sales progress smoothly and efficiently to exchange of contracts.

What We Are Looking For

Sales DNA: A confident, resilient individual with a proven track record in a target-driven, customer-facing sales environment.

*

Exceptional Communication: Brilliant phone manner and face-to-face interpersonal skills. You need to build rapport instantly.

*

Organization & Drive: Ability to manage a busy diary, prioritize leads, and stay self-motivated on quieter days.

*

Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car: Essential for traveling to viewings across the local patch.

*

Surrey Knowledge: Familiarity with the local towns, schools, and transport links is highly advantageous
