Sales Negotiator – Henleaze

Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a highly successful independent estate agency based in Henleaze (BS9). With a strong reputation and a thriving sales team, they are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their growing office and contribute to their continued success in the Bristol property market.

Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with at least 6 months’ estate agency experience who is looking to build a long-term career in property. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, conducting viewings, progressing sales, and providing outstanding service to both vendors and applicants. With structured training, funded qualifications, and excellent benefits, this role offers genuine career progression in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and conducting property viewings


• Liaising with applicants and vendors to ensure smooth communication and progress


• Negotiating offers and managing the sales process from start to completion


• Assisting in launching new instructions and preparing properties for market


• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in estate agency


• Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative


• Excellent time management and organisational skills


• Confident and professional telephone manner


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Full UK driving licence and access to own car (mileage paid) – company pool car also available when required

Package and Benefits:

• Basic salary: £26,000+ (depending on experience)


• Realistic, uncapped OTE: £33,500+ (pooled commission and financial services introductions)


• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing further after 3 and 6 years)

• Working hours: 08:45–18:00 Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 every other Saturday (with day off in lieu)
