Role Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and customer focused Sales Negotiator to manage buyer enquiries, conduct viewings, generate market appraisal opportunities and negotiate offers. This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. 

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Respond to enquiries, register buyers and qualify applicants

  
  


• 
  

  Arrange and conduct property viewings, obtaining feedback and keeping vendors updated

  
  


• 
  

  Generate market appraisal opportunities and help win new instructions

  
  


• 
  

  Negotiate offers and qualify buyers before presenting offers to vendors

  
  


• 
  

  Progress sales through to exchange and completion, working with solicitors and clients to resolve issues

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and local property contacts

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver excellent customer service while demonstrating professionalism, ownership and reliability

Package and Benefits

• 
  

  Basic salary: £25,500-£26,500 DOE OTE: £30,000-£35,000

  Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm

  One in three Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm
