Sales Negotiator

Mega opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join an established Estate Agency company based in Sale, South Manchester. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm + weekend rota | £24 - 26k + Commission
Day to day you will assist the team by:
Welcoming potential customers in branch
Answering the phone, booking viewing and valuation appointments
Conduct viewings and provide feedback to vendors.
Negotiate sales with the best interest of both parties at heart.
Making Mortgage and Solicitor appointments
You're experience:
Ideallyexperience as a Sales Negotiator within the Estate Agency sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the property market and local area
Ability to work effectively within a target-driven environment
Full UK driving license
This role offers a competitive salary of £24-26k Basic plus commission, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance. In addition, you will be working for a private company with potential for career progression and development within the property sales sector
