Job Description - Sales Negotiator - Aspire, Balham

Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Balham, London
Salary: £22,000–£24,000 Basic + Realistic OTE £55,000 (Year 1)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Residential Sales

Are you an ambitious sales professional with at least one year of experience in residential property? Do you want to work with the leading estate agency in Southwest London, in a branch that's expanding fast and offers a clear path to management?
We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Negotiator to join our high-performing team in Balham. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of the area’s busiest and most successful offices, with uncapped earning potential and fast-track progression to management for top performers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
Booking and conducting viewings across Balham and surrounding areas
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion
Working closely with the Branch Manager to exceed targets
Delivering first-class customer service and representing our brand with professionalism

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential property sales
A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
Well-presented, professional, and personable
Knowledge of the Southwest London property market is a plus
Full UK driving licence

What We Offer:

Basic salary of £22,000–£24,000 (depending on experience)
Realistic OTE of £55,000 in your first year
