Basic Salary: £21,000–£25,000 (DOE) + Commission
6-Month Commission Guarantee
On-Target Earnings: £61,000–£78,250+

• Qualify applicants and match them with suitable properties
• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers to successful outcomes

• Consistently work to exceed KPIs and team targets

? Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience and strong track record in residential property sales
• Target-driven, confident, and tenacious with a strong closing ability
• Knowledgeable about the London property market and sales legislation
• Highly organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills
• Holds a full UK driving licence
