The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll handle the full 360° sales process, from qualifying applicants and arranging viewings to negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion. You'll work with motivated buyers and vendors and play a key role in maintaining the office's strong local reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Register and qualify applicants, matching them with suitable properties
• 
  Arrange and conduct property viewings across Clapham and surrounding areas
• 
  Provide regular feedback and advice to vendors
• 
  Negotiate offers and progress deals through to exchange and completion
• 
  Meet and exceed personal and office sales targets
• 
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and current listings
• 
  Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process

About You

You must have proven experience in residential property sales-this role is not open to candidates from other sales backgrounds. You'll be confident, proactive, and passionate about property, with the ambition to grow your income and career in a high-energy, professional setting.
You Will Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in residential property sales
• 
  A strong understanding of the sales process from instruction to completion
• 
  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• 
  A full UK driving licence
• 
  Professionalism, resilience, and a target-driven approach
• 
  Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
