(Trainee) Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
 
?? Location: East Horsley, Surrey
?? On-Target Earnings (OTE): £30,000
?? Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm (plus alternate Saturdays)
 
Our client, a highly respected and market-leading independent estate agency with a network of offices across Surrey, are looking to strengthen their team in East Horsley with a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering applicants and arranging property viewings
• Negotiating sales and managing the offer process
• Supporting clients through the buying and selling process
• Building strong rapport with buyers and vendors
• Working closely with the team to meet and exceed targets

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Demonstrate a positive, energetic, and ambitious attitude
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be driven by performance and motivated to achieve goals
• Present themselves professionally and with confidence
• Have strong local knowledge of the area and surrounding region
• Hold a full UK driving licence
