Responsibilities as Sales Negotiator in this senior role will include:

• Being a key part of a highly regarded estate agency known for their tailored approach to property and the personal service to clients they provide
• Sourcing and marketing potential properties for sale
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Ensuring your sales close and go through to successful completion
• Assisting in property valuations when the Director is busy

You will need to have:

• A successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as an Estate Agent
• Ideally, some experience of valuing residential properties - please note this is not a listing role
• The desire to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
• Excellent communication skills
• A UK driving licence and your own car
• Local knowledge of the Guildford area would be an advantage but is not essential
