Job Title: Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location: Morden, South West London
Salary: £22,000 Basic + Car Allowance | £50,000 OTE

The Role:

Registering and qualifying new buyers
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers and progressing sales
Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and local stakeholders
Supporting the wider sales team with lead generation and market knowledge
Maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred
A confident communicator with a proactive, positive attitude
Target-driven with a strong work ethic
Well-organised and professional in approach
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
