We're seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our North East London team. You'll be responsible for managing property sales, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and valuations
• Build relationships with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate offers and manage sales progression
• Generate new business through networking and referrals
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads
• Work collaboratively within a team of 3

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years sales experience (property experience preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work well in a small team environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred
