Sales Negotiator/Lister

Balch Estate Agents are looking for a driven and personable Negotiator to join our Chelmsford team to provide excellent customer service, dedicated to promoting and selling property to clients and maintaining good lines of communication. We will consider an experienced professional with a proven track record or someone who is looking to further their career.

Key Responsibilities
• Liaising with potential clients about their property, maintaining good lines of communication.
• Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
• Maintaining regular contact with clients.
• Looking for potential new opportunities for the business.
• Conducting market appraisals in our client's homes.

Experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

This role is Monday-Friday, working alternate Saturday’s with a day off in the week.
