Hunters’ client, a global leader in high-performance engineering and manufacturing solutions, is looking for a proactive Sales Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a customer-focused professional with at least 2 years' experience in a sales office or customer service role. You'll be the key contact for a portfolio of clients—ensuring fast, accurate order processing, responding to enquiries, and supporting the wider sales team with projects and quotations.

Sales Office Administrator What you’ll be doing:

Managing customer accounts and providing first-class service
Processing sales orders and updating customers on lead times
Following up on quotes and supporting external sales teams
Liaising with internal departments and ensuring accurate records via CRM and ERP systems
Assisting with general admin duties and occasional events

Sales Office Administrator What you’ll bring:

2+ years’ experience in sales admin or customer service (ideally in a technical or manufacturing setting)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong Microsoft Office skills; ERP/CRM experience preferred
Detail-oriented, team-spirited, and highly organised
